Protein Cookie Dough Dip
Serves | makes ~5 cups
Ingredients:
2 c cottage cheese (Good Culture is my fav)
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ c maple syrup
1 c vanilla protein powder
1 ½ c almond flour
1 c dark chocolate chips, chopped
Directions:
Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, vanilla, and maple syrup to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in protein powder, almond flour, and chopped chocolate chips until well combined.
Enjoy right away or chill until ready to serve.
Notes: Add a little more almond flour for a thicker, more traditional cookie dough consistency. Chopping the chocolate chips might seem like an unnecessary extra step, but trust me, it’s so worth it! You get little bits of chocolate in every bite.
How to Serve: I totally eat this straight off a spoon, but it’s also so good with sliced apples, strawberries, bananas, pretzels, or Simple Mills Cinnamon Honey or Brownie crackers.
