Caramelized Banana Oat Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 bananas, sliced

  • ½–1 c rolled oats

  • Butter or coconut oil, for cooking

  • Drizzle honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar

  • Dash salt

  • Sprinkle cinnamon

  • Plain Greek yogurt

  • Optional toppingss: unsweetened peanut butter, honey, unsweetened coconut flakes, berries, mini chocolate chips, raisins

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet over medium-low. Add a spoonful of butter or coconut oil.

  2. Add sliced bananas, oats, sweetner of choice, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until bananas soften and mixture turns lightly golden.

  4. Spoon over bowl of Greek yogurt. Add toppings of choice!

Notes: No exact measurements needed—adjust based on preference. Keep heat low to avoid burning oats or sugars. For extra protein, mix protein powder into yogurt before topping.
