Protein Creami Base

Base Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For best results, combine all base ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a Creami pint, let any bubbles settle, and repeat for as many pints as needed. Secure with lids and freeze upright for 24 hours.

  2. After freezing, spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting if using a low-fat milk, or the Ice Cream setting if using a full-fat milk.

  3. To add mix-ins, carve a well down the center of the pint and discard (you can save the discard in an empty Creami container for later use if desired), fill the well with mix-ins, secure the lid, and use the Mix-in setting. Serve immediately.
