Cloud Coffee

Ingredients:

• Espresso

• Marshmallow fluff (or whipped cream)

• Milk of choice

Directions:

1. Spread marshmallow fluff along the inside of a glass.

2. Fill with ice (crushed preferred).

3. Pour warm espresso over ice, then top with milk. Enjoy immediately.

Notes: My preferred milk is whole milk for a creamy finish. Occasionally, I like to stir honey or maple sugar in with the warm espresso for an extra sweet drink. I also like to finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
