Cloud Coffee

Serves | 1

Ingredients:

• 2 shots of espresso

• Marshmallow fluff (or whipped cream)

• Milk of choice

Directions:

1. Spread marshmallow fluff along the inside of a glass.

2. Fill to the brim with ice (crushed preferred).

3. Pour espresso over the ice, then top with milk until full. Enjoy immediately.

Notes: My preferred milk is whole milk.
