Homemade Whipped Cream

Serves | 1½ - 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 c unsweetened coconut solids or heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Splash of vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and use a mixer to whip on high speed until the cream is thick and small swirls stand when mixer is taken out.

    Notes: cream is easier to whip when it is cold. We prefer using heavy cream.
