Hot Honey Goat Cheese Egg Bites
Ingredients:
Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
Goat cheese (plain or lightly seasoned with herbs)
Dates, pitted and split in half
Hot honey
Pecans, chopped
Fresh thyme
Directions:
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and arrange on a serving plate.
