Egg Bite Flight (6 ways)
Base Method (use for all)
Slice boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Add layers/toppings in the order listed for each flavor. For a flat, stable base, slice a very thin sliver off the bottom of each egg half (kitchen scissors work great).

How to serve:
Arrange on a platter for a tasting board. Great for hosting or a quick high-protein snack. No need to prep all 6 flavors at once, mix and match based on preference. Serve immediately for best flavor and freshness. For a higher-protein option, add the other egg half on top to make a mini “egg sandwich.” Gently press together and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Shortcut:
Pre-boiled eggs work great here for convenience (I usually grab a pack at Costco).
To make your own boiled eggs:
Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat, cover, and let sit 10–12 minutes. Transfer to ice water and cool completely before peeling.
