Toasted Marshmallow Strawberries
Ingredients:
Whole strawberries
Marshmallow fluff (try our recipe here)
Directions:
Wash strawberries and pat completely dry. Leave stems on if possible for easier handling.
Pierce each strawberry through the center or near the stem with a skewer or roasting stick.
Dip strawberries into marshmallow fluff, coating as much as desired.
Hold over an open flame (campfire, gas stove, or kitchen torch) and rotate slowly until the outside is lightly toasted and caramelized.
Enjoy immediately while warm.
Notes: Strawberries can be swapped with other fruits like bananas.
