Mint Lime Fruit Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Frozen mango or peaches, chopped

  • Strawberries, chopped

  • Blueberries

  • Mint leaves

  • Lime juice

Directions:

  1. Add all fruit to a large bowl, chopping fruit generally the same size. Sprinkle a generous amount of torn or chopped mint leaves and top with freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir.

  2. Serve soon after the frozen fruit starts to thaw to room temperature.

Notes: Our preferred variation is using frozen mango. Occasionally, we like to add in a chopped banana right before serving.
