Protein Brownie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (sweetened)

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Handful of chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a food processor and blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.

  2. Add mixture to a bowl and top with chocolate chips. Garnish with a sprinkle more of cocoa powder and serve with fruit of choice!

    Notes: We like dark chocolate chips (Bake Believe or Hu), Ascent, Transparent Labs, or Promix protein powder, and Good Culture cottage cheese. If using unsweetened protein powder, add in a tablespoon or so of sweetener of choice. Easily swap chocolate protein powder for vanilla protein powder and omit the cocoa powder to make cookie dough dip. You can use an immersion blender or a blender instead of a food processor but it may be more difficult to achieve the perfect consistency.
