S’mores Brownies
Serves | 16-20
Crust:
4 c crushed Simple Mills honey cinnamon sweet thins (or graham crackers of choice)
¼ c honey or maple syrup
5 tbsp butter or ghee, melted
Brownie:
2 boxed brownie mix or double my recipe
Optional: 1 c chocolate chips
Topping
Marshmallow fluff recipe (or use store bought alternative)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment; lightly grease.
In one bowl, mix crust ingredients. Press firmly into pan. Bake 10 min until lightly golden.
While crust bakes, mix brownie batter in same bowl. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
Pour batter over crust. Bake ~30–35 min until set. Cool completely.
Spread or dollop marshmallow fluff on top. Use a torch to lightly toast peaks (optional). Slice + enjoy.
Notes: You could sub the graham crackers for Simple Mills brownie crackers or Siete chocolate chip cookies for a fun cookie twist. No torch? Broil 1–2 min, watching closely. Store covered at room temp 1–2 days or refrigerate for longer.
