Whipped Honey
Serves | ~1 cup
Ingredients:
1 c honey
Directions:
Add honey to a mixing bowl or large cup.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip on high speed.
Continue whipping until honey becomes lighter in color, thicker, and creamy in texture (about 3–5 minutes).
Notes: Texture should resemble a soft glaze—smooth, creamy, and spreadable. Store at room temperature in an airtight container. If it firms up, re-whip briefly to bring back the texture.
Ways to serve: Spoon over cakes, muffins, or loaf breads. Drizzle on pancakes or waffles. Spread on toast or biscuits. Pair with yogurt and fresh fruit. Add to a snack board with cheeses and crackers. Add in a warm latte or swiped along the inside of the cup for a pretty finish on an iced coffee drink.
