Protein Hot Honey Peach Dip

Serves | 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 2 (5.3 oz) Boursin garlic & herb cheese

  • 1 c cottage cheese

  • 2-3 peaches, sliced

  • Avocado oil and hot honey, for cooking

  • For topping: hot honey, crushed pistachios, red pepper flakes, fresh thyme

Directions:

  1. Blend Boursin cheese and cottage cheese until smooth and creamy. Spread into a serving dish.

  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté peaches for 3–5 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized. Add a pinch of salt.

  3. Reduce heat slightly, drizzle peaches with hot honey, and cook for another minute or so until the honey is bubbling and glossy. Remove from heat before it begins to darken or burn.

  4. Spoon peaches over the cheese spread and top with hot honey, pistachios, red pepper flakes, and fresh thyme.

  5. Serve with crackers or toasted sourdough.

Notes: Use ripe peaches for the best texture and flavor. Serve warm or chilled.
