High-Protein Street Corn Beef Bowl

Serves | 4-6

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.

  2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up. Stir in taco seasoning and salt if needed. Remove from heat.

  3. Prepare bowls with a layer of rice. Top with beef and a generous scoop of the high-protein street corn and garnishes. Serve immediately.

Notes: Also great served as nachos (swap rice for chips) or over fries for loaded street corn fries. Easily adjust portions based on how heavy you want each bowl.
