Crispy Cheese Egg Bites
Ingredients:
Hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half lengthwise
Shredded cheese of choice
Optional toppings & variations listed below
Directions:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add small piles of shredded cheese directly to the skillet (about the size of each egg half).
Place each egg half flat side down on top of the cheese.
Let cook undisturbed until the cheese melts, bubbles, and becomes golden and crispy around the edges.
Carefully remove and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool and crisp up further.
Drizzle or top as desired and serve immediately.

Buffalo Ranch: Buffalo sauce + ranch drizzle + chives
Everything Bagel: Mayo drizzle + everything seasoning
