No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add coconut oil, coconut sugar, cacoa powder, milk, and salt to a medium saucepan. Heat on medium while stirring until ingredients are melted. Simmer 1 minute.

  2. Cut the heat and stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until melted. Stir in oats until coated.

  3. With a cookie scoop, drop balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Keep round or flatten slightly to your desired thickness. Sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until hardened.

Notes: Store covered in the refrigerator.
