Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • Assorted fresh fruit, cut into bite-size pieces if needed

  • Marshmallow fluff (try our recipe here)

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry fruit. Cut into bite-size pieces, if needed.

  2. In a glass bowl or serving dish, layer fruit with marshmallow fluff, finishing with a layer of fluff on top.

  3. Serve immediately for best texture and appearance. If it sits too long, the fruit may release juices and thin the fluff.

Notes: I intentionally didn’t include exact measurements since this recipe is very flexible—use whatever you have on hand and adjust amounts based on preference. I used cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries as pictured, and garnished with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
